About the Program

Thank you for your interest in the Master of Arts in Global Governance (MAGG) Program. Unlike traditional professional graduate programs in international affairs, the MAGG Program offers pragmatic skills combined with theoretical concepts and models to tackle some of the world’s perplexing concerns brought upon by globalization. Transnational crime, cyber-security, international human rights violations, surveillance and intelligence, and business risk, are some of the issues that MAGG graduates are prepared to address. Few, if any, entities are immune to the complexities of globalization and, in the current international system, private businesses, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and international institutions seek employees that understand how to manage a multifaceted and interdependent world.

Our renowned faculty have world-wide experience in organizations and agencies that include the World Bank, NATO, US Department of Justice, and the Council of the Americas, to name a few. The program’s small size not only places students in the appropriate learning environment to interact closely with such faculty but offers the personal attention and assistance required when searching for career prospects.
